I found him down to earth, a true professional who had my best needs at heart to get me the best contract possible. If I had any problems or issues, he was always at the end of the phone, answering if not straight away, then at the earliest convenience. Any problem we came across, Cy was great at dealing with them and coming up with a solution. A credit to the company that always has the client's interests at heart.
